We only accept returned 4lb/1.8kg bags.

Please return the purchased bag within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The returned bag must be equilavent or more than half of the purchased weight.

The returned bag should be properly sealed/wrapped/bagged to prevent infestation/contamination.

The returned bag must be of the brand Simply Naked, and the same item stated in the proof of purchase.

Procedure

Please return the bag to the same shop (on/offline) with the proof of purchase.

You will be requested to fill in a form to be placed with the returned bag.

Alternatively, you can download the form here.

The shop (on/offline) will offer to exchange for other items or receive a store credit.

No cash will be refunded.

For Laz/Shopee/FPOnline Reinpet customers:

Reach out to us via contact-us@reinbiotech.com.

Instructions will be provided to return the bag to our office during office hours.

Upon receiving the bag in good condition, we will provide a Reinpet store credit for your future purchase use.
