ORDER FORM - Action for Dogs Singapore(ASD)
On behalf of ASD, we thank you for contributing to them. In order to help them in upkeeping the animals, we will sponsor the same item for every item paid for by you. The items listed below in the form are the ones requested by the shelter.
For eg, if you are paying for 2 x 15kg bags of dog food, the cost to you would be $209.72. We will then deliver 4 bags to ASD (we reserve the right to substitute the packaging size for dog food ordered with other equivalent combinations). Stocks are subject to availability.
All items in the order form are inclusive of GST.
Before submitting the ORDER, please make sure you enter in the IMAGE VERIFICATION. Otherwise, your ORDER may not be received by us.
After submitting the ORDER, you will be advised on the payment methods, delivery schedules and the tracking of the ORDER. Should you have any question, please contact us.

We reserve the right to make changes to the retail prices of the listed products without prior notice. We will not divulge any of your particulars to other parties without your permission.
