PRODIBIO GLASS AMPOULES

BIO DIGEST

BIO DIGEST is a high-tech biotechnological product with an extreme concentration. It is a new dual- function product and contains both anti-nitrites and biological cleaners.

BIO DIGEST is an optimised combination of two groups of natural bacteria, guaranteed from genetic mutations, selected for their efficiency and complementarity in combating aquaria pollution.  Biological filtration is rapidly set up and maintained by nitrifying bacteria : Nitrosomonas europea and Nitrobacter winogradskyi. They convert ammonium into nitrites and nitrites into nitrates. 

Aquarium cleaning is achieved as organic impurities are digested by means of nine optimally proportioned strains of heterotrophic bacteria including Paracoccus denitrificans and Pseudomonas stuzerii. These bacteria perform complementary functions to cleanse soil, scenery and filters, and reduce nitrate and phosphate concentrations. 

Since the purification bacteria multiply faster than algae and pathogenic organisms, they deprive them of nutrients. This effectively combats algae formations and unexplained fish diseases. 

RESULTS
Regular application of BIO DIGEST -twice a month - will bring the following results :

BIO TRACE 

Concentrated BIO TRACE  adds all the essential trace elements that aquarium lacks : Boron, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Potassium, Sulphur, Zinc.

Trace elements are essential for every living organism. In aquariums, the essential trace elements vital for all biological activity are used by algae, plants, invertebrates and the breakdown of wastes. They are also neutralised or eliminated by the skimmer, active carbon etc. The lack of a single trace  element can stop all bacterial functions.  

BIO TRACE revitalises fresh & marine aquariums and stimulates the proliferation of cleaning bacteria

Stop Ammo is specially formulated to bind the ammonia in aquarium water. When starting an aquarium, it reduces and limits the increase of non-ionised ammonia & limits the production of nitrites. Stop Ammo is a product made from extracts of desert plants and has been made safe for fish use.

When is it used?
1. When aquariums are starting up, to reduce the production of nitrites.
2. In the water used for transporting fish.
3. While saltwater fish are acclimatising after several hours spent in bags.

Initially, 1 ampoule to 60 liters of water. If nitrites start to build up, 1 ampoule to 60 liters of water so as to take preventive action and reduce nitrite production: decomposing fish, overfeeding, etc.

BIOVERT

All-in-one aquarium fertilizer, trace elements, including iron. It is nitrate-free and phosphate-free.

To sustain healthy plant growth, your aquarium must offer a number of trace elements, including potassium, sulphur, manganese and, above all, iron. These elements are constantly replenished by the currents in a natural environment, but they are rapidly depleted in an aquarium. Healthy growth will be impaired by shortage of any single trace element, though most critically by shortage of iron, which is used in the production of chlorophyll, essential for photosynthesis. 

Use BIOVERT to remedy poor plant growth and yellowing, splitting or transparent foliage. The aquarium should be lighted 10 to 12 hours per day. A quarter of the water should be changed every month, and the lighting tubes changed every year.

One ampoule per 200 litres every two weeks.

REEF BOOSTER

REEF BOOSTER is a complete nutrient supplements containing all the essentials for the development of invertebrates which basically or partially feed on micro-plankton including corals in which symbiotic algae - Zooxanthelles - live and for which a micro- plankton booster is necessary.

REEF BOOSTER contains very high concentration of the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid groups which all marine organism need. A few drops in the food of marine fish makes it more appetising – an effective solution when starting to feed difficult or recently imported fish. 

Contents : 
Phospholipids, amino acids, marine fatty acids, vitamins, carotenoids, etc. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Average dose
One ampoule per 400 litres once a week

1. Dilute contents of an ampoule in a glass of water and pour the preparation around the aquarium, stopping skimmer and filter

3. 15 mn later, restart the skimmer and filter.

IODI+

Iodine performs a very important role as a trace element in the aquarium environment. Invertebrates need it for coloration and for adapting to lighting variations. Then it helps combat coral bleaching and neutralize the excess oxygen produced by zooxanthellae under excessive lighting.

It is eliminated by the algae and invertebrates in the aquarium, by the protein skimmer and the active carbon, and by dispersion into the atmosphere. Iodi+ is an iodine/iodide compound that contains all the forms of iodine required for coral development and coloration. One capsule of IODI+ contains 76 mg of iodine. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Average dose

One capsule per 400 litres every two weeks.

STRONTI+ adds all the strontium needed for healthy growth of coral, clams, and limestone algae.

Strontium is an essential trace element in the reef aquarium environment. It stimulates growth in hard corals and assists in the development of the red calcareous and encrusting algae that produce the live rock decor.  

This organism fixes strontium in its skeleton along with calcium, so the strontium demand is constant. In an ocean environment, trace elements are constantly replenished by the current, but in a closed aquarium environment the strontium is rapidly depleted. All reputed specialists confirm the importance of strontium for healthy coral development.  

Each capsule contains 130 mg of strontium 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a reef aquarium, the strontium diminishes proportionally with the calcium, so you can gauge the strontium demand by examining the calcium content. Average dose: One capsule per 400 litres every week.
